EUDR Compliance

Sourcing coffee in full alignment with EU deforestation regulations – no risk, no shortcuts.

Geolocated Plot Mapping

Each farm plot is precisely mapped using GPS coordinates and polygon boundaries. Every batch of coffee is verifiably linked to its corresponding land parcel, offering the exact geolocation required for full traceability. This process fulfills Article 9(1)(b) and (c) of the EUDR by proving the geographic origin of the product in a consistent and auditable format — giving EU buyers legal certainty when submitting due diligence statements.

Harvest Date and Batch Registration

Mansford Koperasi Grou logs exact harvest dates and connects them directly to the geolocated plots, ensuring that all coffee is harvested after the EUDR’s deforestation cutoff date of 31 December 2020. These batch-specific records provide buyers with a transparent production timeline. This approach is fully in line with Article 9(1)(d), which requires that products be traceable to a specific timeframe and place of origin — both of which we deliver with full documentation.

Drone-Based Deforestation Surveillance

We use high-resolution multispectral drones to regularly monitor land use, detect illegal clearing, and verify that no deforestation or forest degradation has occurred. This real-time aerial surveillance gives buyers peace of mind that their coffee supply is environmentally clean. Our monitoring practice supports and evidences compliance with Article 3(a), which prohibits products linked to deforested land, and Article 3(c), which requires protection of natural ecosystems.

Complete Due Diligence Documentation

For every shipment, Mansford Koperasi Grou provides a comprehensive due diligence package, including GPS data, harvest records, farmer information, and legal compliance certificates. The format and content are tailored to meet EU customs expectations and audit requirements. With this, we fulfill our partners’ legal obligations under Articles 4, 9, and 10 — enabling seamless EUDR submissions and reducing the administrative burden on importers.

Internal Control System (ICS)

We train all farmers and cooperative members in the legal and environmental requirements of sustainable farming, including land tenure, forest protection, and EUDR-aligned documentation. Our Internal Control System (ICS) tracks and enforces compliance across all producers. This system fulfills the obligations set out in Article 3(b) — ensuring that all coffee is legally produced under the national laws of Indonesia — and supports consistent due diligence as outlined in Article 10(1).

Independent Risk Assessment & Compliance Support

Mansford Koperasi Group works with qualified legal and environmental experts to assess each lot’s risk level according to EUDR guidelines. When needed, we apply mitigation measures and document them clearly. This proactive risk management process fulfills the buyer’s responsibilities under Article 10(2), helping our B2B partners minimize legal exposure, avoid delays at EU borders, and operate with full confidence in their compliance.
